MMMM...Drinking a Weissbier now - just bottled it about 3 weeks ago.  We mostly like dark beers, but this weissbier is just the ticket for hot summer afternoons!

I'd be willing to share any of them, but they aren't mine.  I use the recipes from Seven Bridges. So far, they have been excellent, and they are all available on their website.

We just opened some oatmeal stout that we made from all organic ingredients - WOW - it's fabulous!  Great body, smooth, nice head.  Yesterday, we started a Weissbier - it'll be ready just in time for the heat of summer.  If you love homebrew, be sure to check out http://www.breworganic.com   Their organic ingredients are the best, and, usually sometime in June, they run a 10% off sale.  When they do, we  stock up on beer ingredients and green coffee beans.
