Ham loaf

Have ham loaf and baked potatoes in the oven right now.

Mix together  2 cups of chopped ham,  a cup of bread crumbs or crushed crackers, one egg and a cup of milk.  Ad 1/2 t of ground cloves and 1/2 ground mustard.     Pack this in a loaf pan.   Make for about 50 minutes.   If you want you can mix ketchup with a little liquid mustard and smear over the top of the loaf before you bake.   Quick and easy, great one for your wood stove.   In the cold weather we like to make good "oven" meals to heat the house up.
